APPOINTMENTS (Contact Wellness Lane, 651.341.6626)
- Appointments are Monday through Thursdays and must be made in advance.
- When you schedule an Initial Consultation appointment you will be sent a new patient packet to complete before your appointment. All of this information is available to download here. For your privacy please bring the forms with you to your appointment rather than completing them to be sent by e-mail.
- The initial consultation lasts for 1.5 to 2 hours.
- You will be asked about your reason for visit--medical problems, what makes you feel better or worse. “Homeopathy, What You May Wish to Know?” will give you a more in depth look at what a visit entails.
- You will need to bring the completed Health History Form, signed Client Bill of Rights, and Optional Payment Arrangement with your preference indicated.
- Payment is fee for service and due at the time of the visit. Cash, Check, VISA and MasterCard are accepted.
What happens after an Appointment:
- Your symptoms and information are studied to best select a remedy that covers the totality of your symptoms.
- The remedy is ordered, then picked up by you or mailed to you.
- When the remedy is available you will receive instructions on how to take it.
- A follow up appointment will be scheduled as your health indicates.
- This evaluation and remedy procurement process may take about 7-14 days
WHEN TO FOLLOW UP
- Follow up visits last for 30-60 minutes
- Generally are 4- 8 weeks later, you will be advised once the remedy is chosen on a more specific time.
- Additional appointments can be made pending how you are feeling and how long the remedy works for you.
- Your totality of symptoms and significance of your issues will indicate frequency of follow-up visits.
